As a result of Nashville’s promising work toward implementing a community and district collaboration model in PASSAGE’s first phase, in 2016 Nashville was invited to participate in the next stage of PASSAGE, with air jordan 6 infrared mens hairstyles 2018

The new initiative will also support practices that build teacher capacity and collaboration in order to examine persistent discipline disparities at the school level, implement interventions that create supportive classrooms and school climate, and develop procedures for collecting and tracking relevant data to measure progress over time.

The collection of papers of Baroness Thatcher deposited at Churchill Archives Centre, Cambridge, is among the largest and most significant of late twentieth century political archives.

The archive contains over 1 million documents in nearly three thousand archive boxes currently occupying around 300 metres of shelving. The papers date from Margaret Thatcher's childhood to the end of her life, and include tens of thousands of photographs, as well as a vast collection of press cuttings, and many audio and video tapes of public and private events. Thatcher never kept a diary, but the archive includes rich details of her role in important domestic and world events.

The Churchill Archives Centre and Margaret Thatcher Archive Trust are currently arranging to digitise all of Margaret Thatcher's personal and political papers files from her earliest years up to the end of her premiership, comprising around a million pages of documents.

When the material is ready for release, many of these documents will be placed online at the official website of the nike air jordan retro 13 xiii grey toes Q7mza
, which already offers massive online resources.

The archive includes files of correspondence relating to Thatcher's selection as candidate for Dartford in 1949, her short backbench career, briefing papers from her posts in opposition 1964-70, a few files from her time as Education Secretary 1970-74, and valuable papers on her campaign for the party leadership in 1974-75. Her appointment diaries survive from 1962 onwards, providing a very full record of the way she spent her time.

The bulk of the collection, however, relates to Thatcher's period as leader of the Conservative Party, 1975-90. There are extensive files from her time as Leader of the Opposition (1975-79), including correspondence with Shadow Cabinet colleagues, minutes of Shadow Cabinet and policy committees, and briefing material of all kinds. There are also thousands of speech drafts, press releases and administrative files (e.g., planning for election visits).

Papers on the premiership (1979-90) are more extensive still. Their organisation reflects the way in which Number Ten Downing Street arranged Prime Ministerial business, sharply distinguishing official from party and personal matters. Most of the official archive remains in government hands, while party and personal material can be found at Churchill College.

The papers include an extensive press cutting collection covering the years 1949-80 in over 70 boxes. Originally compiled by Conservative Central Office, it is one of the most comprehensive collections ever attempted, drawing on every national and many regional newspapers.

As the Deputy Director at Staten Island Arts, she works closely with the diverse cultural ecosystem of Staten Island and values neighborhood-based cultural activities. She enjoys identifying alternative spaces for art and working with artists to develop sustainable projects that bring art in the public sphere. Notable projects include Staten Island Arts’ LUMEN festival, a cutting-edge video and art festival on Staten Island’s waterfront. Monica’s past curatorial projects include, “MEXICANation” (presented at Snug Harbor Cultural Center in 2010), an exhibit featuring twenty-four prints that are part of a long-term photo essay by Irma Bohórquez-Geisler; “Sacred Spaces in Profane Buildings” (presented at Open Art Surgery, as part of 2012), Matilde Cassani’s comprehensive archive of sites of worship in the five boroughs located in otherwise “non-religious” buildings; “Passenger Vessel” (presented at SI Arts Culture Lounge, 2014), featuring interactive video art by The Sperm Whale Collective; and “Great Richmond” (presented at SI Arts Culture Lounge, 2015), a crowd-sourced public sculpture/interactive diagram that is a collaboration between cartographer and urban theorist Neil Greenberg and sculptor Will Corwin. Recent projects includes “Great White,” featuring artist Victoria Munro investigating ideas relating to the physical gallery space of Culture Lounge, its proximity to its harbor setting, and the broader community need for exhibition space. Great White is currently on view at Staten Island Arts’ Culture Lounge Gallery. Monica currently serves as a member of the Times Square Alliance Curatorial Committee, Naturally Occurring Cultural Districts of New York, DOT Art Committee, and the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Group Leadership Committee. Mature B-cell neoplasms arise in B-cells that have entered germinal centers within lymph nodes as part of the immune response. They display great heterogeneity at the clinical, pathologic, and genetic levels and represent 6-7% and 5-6% of all new estimated cancer cases and deaths respectively in the US in 2009. They are the fifth most common neoplasm in both males and females, and of the 103,960 estimated new cases in 2009, 20,860 comprise diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), 20,580 multiple myeloma (MM), 15,490 chronic lymphocytic leukemia /small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), 14,900 follicular lymphoma (FL), 8,510 Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL), 6,000 marginal zone lymphomas (MZL) (including the three subtypes: extranodal marginal zone of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue [MALT], nodal marginal zone, and splenic marginal zone), and 3,730 mantle cell lymphomas (MCL), as the major subtypes. With the exclusion of HL, 32,520 deaths are expected in 2009 in the US as a result of these neoplasms.

Diagnosis of these neoplasms relies mostly on the pathologic examination of biopsy material, be it either of an incisional or excisional biopsy of a suspect lymph node, a fine needle aspirate of a suspect lymph node (as yet to be considered adequate for initial diagnosis, unless it is the only safe option), or a bone marrow aspirate. Unlike other cancers, rarely are other biopsy/surgical procedures performed prior to the initiation of treatment, thus limiting the amount of tissue available for diagnostic and prognostic purposes. CGI has optimized the utility of array-CGH so that it can be routinely applied to the study of a range of specimen types including formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) specimens, often the only specimen available for analysis.

CGI has designed an oligonucleotide-based array (MatBA®) for the detection of gains and losses in mature B-cell neoplasms for utilization within a clinical laboratory.

For CLL/SLL, it’s primary value is in routine prognostication, and as an assay, has been approved in the CGI Diagnostic Laboratory by both CLIA and New York State. In this disease where approximately 50% patients have an aggressive course and 50% can live for many years without requiring treatment, robust prognostication is highly desirable. Together with IGHV mutation status, theMatBA®-CLL Array-CGH test provides important genetic-based information to guide clinical management of this disease.
